Basic Rules
- Customers who register as members with their first purchase receive 15% off their first order and are automatically enrolled as a Lydia & Co. New Member.
- Each purchase accumulates membership points, and member tiers are upgraded based on total cumulative spending.
- Membership status is reviewed and renewed annually (with the option to adopt a rolling system or lifetime membership, subject to final policy).
Tip: Your tier upgrades automatically once you reach the total spend threshold.
