Lydia&Co. currently ships within Australia and New Zealand.
Shipping rates and estimated delivery timeframes will be displayed at checkout. From time to time, we may also offer complimentary shipping promotions and seasonal delivery offers.
We want every Lydia&Co. order to feel thoughtful, seamless, and worth looking forward to.
Each Lydia&Co. nail set is carefully prepared and quality-checked before dispatch.
Please allow approximately 2–4 business days for order processing.
During collection launches, promotional periods, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.
Please note:
• Tracking updates may occasionally experience delays
• Delivery timeframes may be extended during public holidays or peak shipping periods
• If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, please contact us and we’ll gladly assist in following up with the shipping carrier
Address Changes & Order Cancellations
If you need to update your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has entered processing or dispatch, we may no longer be able to make changes or cancellations.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue.
In the event of a lost parcel, we will do our best to assist you in working with the shipping provider. However, Lydia&Co. is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party shipping services once an order has been dispatched.
